Frequently asked questions:- How long does it take to process a return shipment?

We always try to handle return shipments within 5 working days. But if you have not heard from us in one week, you can always contact us via webshop@duckybeau.nl

You receive the TNT tracking number on the moment we hand over your delivery to TNT Post. From the following day you can check the status of your package with this number on the TNT post www.trackandtrace.nl
Close reports - Something went wrong during the payment. What now?

If something went wrong during the payment via Ideal or Credit Card your order will not be saved. Therefore the costs will not be debited from your account. The best you can do in this case is to log in again, look at the articles from the shopping basket one more time and go through the process one more time. If they are not in the shopping basket then you can place a new order. An order is only created once you have received a confirmation. If you are not successful or if you have other questions, send us an email at webshop@duckybeau.nl.
Close reports - Something went wrong. Can I still change my order?

If your order is already paid, and so we are handling it, we can no longer make modifications in our system. If you have chosen for example a different size, contact us directly via our customer service on 0184-410100.
Close reports - What is the deliver period of my order?

Our target is to send all the orders within 2 days from payment. As soon as we receive your payment, we will send the order via TNT Post. Orders which are placed during the holiday days and/or at the weekend, can have a longer delivery time.
All the articles that we sell online, are at the moment the products posted online, including stock and available products from the shop. It is however possible that different customers place an order in the same time period. It can therefore occasionally appear that a product is still sold out.
Close reports - You have received a different article or an article with a manufacturing defect, what now?

Unfortunately it appears that unluckily you have received another article than what you ordered or that you have received an article with a manufacturing defect. If this is the case you can return the article to us free of charge at the address: Ducky Beau BV, Retour Department, Freepost 13504, 5059 ZT Heukelom (NB).
Do not forget to announce us first of the return shipment by email at retouren@duckybeau.nl so that we can process the shipment.
Close reports - You have ordered an article, but the size is not good. What now?

If an article does not fit you, within 7 days, send it back to us post-paid to: Ducky Beau BV, Retour Department, 4 Laag Heukelomseweg, 5059 AN Heukelom (NB).
Do not forget to announce first the retour by email via retouren@duckybeau.nl so that we can process the shipment. Do you want to receive another size? Clarify this also, so that we can look if the chosen article is available. We will send it back to you free of charge (only once).
If you prefer to receive the costs of the article, please make sure that you inform us the bank account details.
Close reports - How long does it take for my money to be sent back?

We try our best to pay the outstanding credit notes every week on a fixed day. Practically, you should receive your money within 7 working days. Please make sure that your bank account information is correctly completed in the return registration.

If an article does not fit you or you do not like it, you can return it to us (unworn and unwashed), with the original packing and labels, within 7 working days from the receipt and correctly post-paid at:

Always announce in advance your return shipment, irrespective of the reasons, via e-mail at retouren@duckybeau.nl. Mention in this email at least your name, place of residence, the order/ order number and the reasons of the retour. Make sure that the order number is on the package so that we know who it is coming from.Also, always mention in the e-mail if you want to receive another article or if you wish to receive your money back. Do you want to receive your money back? Then do not forget to mention also your bank account details!
